Lots of options for breakfast on weekends. The crab cake Bennys were delicious. I recommend!
A really superb small cafe with great food options. The pesto omelette and the homefries were really good. The staff were very friendly and made the experience enjoyable.
Incredible ❤️ if there is a line up, it's worth the wait. I highly recommend the eggs Benedict selection!
Found this gem by fluke. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is great and comes quick. Thanks!
Good food, good service!
Delicious West coast breakfast creations with salmon and crab cakes, made with fresh ingredients (I've never seen such Orange yolks) even their peculator coffee is excellent.
The worst benny ever. I had the Italian benny. I had one egg that was so over cooked it was like rubber and the other egg was a perfect soft pouch (I ordered soft). The focaccia was not toasted and there was next to no hollandaise sauce. The hashbrowns we just barely cooked enough, some were still a bit hard in the center. Not worth the wait, not worth the price and not worth going back for.
Fantastic food! Huge portions, tasty, as well as friendly prompt service with a smile. Great prices! A must have brunch when in Sidney❣️
Great food, prices, coffee and amazing staff.
AMAZING service, cooks were really nice - smiling and waving to my daughter. Food is a really great value, we ordered a $6 fruit bowl and it was huge, and had 11 different fruits in it with phenomenal presentation. Will definitely be returning
Food was good. Only complaint, pancakes come come from an instant mix and they don't have real maple syrup. Prices are reasonable, $10-$15 plate. Service was good, not overly friendly but the server checked up on me during my meal and was punctual taking my order, giving my bill, etc. Restaurant was clean. The restaurant is in a great area just near the harbour. I would recommend.
Service was good but more than half of the blueberries in my fruit cup had visible mold and my partners avocado was well past ripe.
Great service and great food. Never disappointed.
Absolutely fantastic. The food was amazing. The wait staff were attentive and personable. And the owner was organized, accommodating, and friendly. Great experience.
My wife and I have been frequenting 3rd Street Cafe for the last few years. Great food (specifically the breakfasts, for us), super friendly service, and fun atmosphere. A Sidney highlight right on the main drag
Coffee was good. I had pancakes which were good, but they were out of real maple syrup, which was disappointing. I thought they were too quick to clear our plates. Felt awkward about staying to finish my coffee.
The Eggs Benedict and omelet were flavorful. Generous avocado portions.
3rd Street cafe has the best bacon and fruit sides in town!! Love it!
My 8 yr old daughter says we should leave a 5 star review because the chef was really nice to us & the food was really yummy
Small place with a reasonably priced breakfast selection. On one hand the place was busy and our meals were decent. On the other hand I found it really chilly in there, the service could have been better, and our coffee was only topped up once and by the time they came back there was no point. My pancakes were alright but I didn't get any syrup. The experience was fine but underwhelming.
Very cute spot. The salmon lox benny was divine! It was well worth the drive up to Sydney. Definitely gonna come back! Only issue was that there was a stubborn bee buzzing real close the entire time. But nonetheless, a must try!
One of the best place in Sidney, BC for Breakfast. We had food restrictions from certain ingredients. The owner himself came to us, and he listened to us so lovingly and respectfully. He made our breakfast himself and brought to us. We were amazed with this kind of service and hospitality. It was amazingly delicious breakfast, with personalized touch.
Fast and inexpensive, taste good too
Great atmosphere. Simple home-style cooking. Can't ever go wrong with eating here. 10/10
Happy Staff. FRESH FOOD DAILY. Was so impressed with breakfast " BENNIES" I went back the next day and just as great. Best home fries done the right way.
Very tasty breakfast. They were very accommodating.
Typically over rated since it’s a local place. Reasonable quality brunch. Medium price. Absolute horrible coffee. You pay 2.85 for an awful cup of coffee and that’s why I changed the rate from 4 to 3. You can get far better brunch pretty much everywhere in Victoria for the same price. Don’t recommend.
Awesome little cafe with super friendly staff. Great potatoes and eggs Benny!
Best place for breakfast in Sidney. A little busy sometimes but great nonetheless. Wonderful service, great with the little guy.
Really great Eggs Benny (and potatoes) at a great price in a great location in Sidney! There are a lot of hyped up brunch restaurants in nearby Victoria, but this place is better than most of them in my opinion. Shoutout to the wonderful staff at this casual and relaxed little gem.
This place is absolutely lovely, we stopped in on our way to the ferry and wound up finding the best eggs Benedict I've ever had. Definitely recommended!
Food is great, service is good and friendly. As far as the coffee, well there is a Starbucks across the street.Great location especially for people watching.Great local place to visit.Recommending it.
Great early morning breakfast close walk to pier.
The food is always incredible. Be prepared to hear the staff making fun of the happy customers who just left. Makes for a very uncomfortable eating experience.
This is a cute, little and old cafe in Sidney, British Columbia, Canada. Near the exit from the Anacortes ferry. It's a narrow and long space with cramped seating. The kitchen is smaller and more cramped, but they make it work. Breakfast served until around 2 pm. The atmosphere is fun, although you'll need to anticipate some stressed out staff during busy times. Tables didn't turn over as quickly as they promise, but we didn't mind. Great looking eggs Benedict. The presentation on a big plate looked weird, though. French toast was not very good. It's too big and thick of a piece of bread, so the egg mixture didn't penetrate. The result is a thick piece of bread for breakfast. They choose to up-charge for decent syrup, which is a shame. No good jam or butter either. 3 stars for food taste and presentation. 4 stars for atmosphere.
Vegetarian omelette wasn't freshly made when ordered about 1:30 pm today. Although the filling was plentiful - including ripe avocado - the egg wrap had that pinprick look and texture characteristic of reheating. This was masked by a topping of raw spinach leaves and tomato slices. The hash brown potatoes were obviously past their best.
This little place has ridiculously good breakfasts. Huge servings with fresh ingredients and terrific flavor. The waitstaff are pleasant even though they are often very busy. We've eaten here a few times a year for nearly 2 decades and hope to do so for a couple more.
Amazing eggs benny. Beautifully made hollandaise and super fresh eggs. Great service as well. Favorite breakfast place on the island. Worth the drive from Victoria to Sidney.
Their breakfast's are delicious and the staff are very friendly. Social distancing enforced and masks being worn.....smiley face
Food was delicious and staff incredibly friendly!!! I will come back next time I am Sidney. 😉
The enormous breakfast bowl is going to keep me going all day. It was delicious
Great service, great breakfast! Very clean. So nice to have a meal in a restaurant again!
Friendly staff, reasonably priced and extremely good food, could use a little more seating just based on demand. Highly recommend
Very popular spot in Sidney. Found it fairly clean, friendly, the food fresh, coffee good, great burger, tomato excellent for the winter, fries are frozen not fresh.
Bustling lil cafe. Nice waitress. Coffee so-so. Bennie was delish.
This is my favorite restaurant I've ever been to they have the most amazing eggs Benedict! My fave is the italino! It has Pesto prosciutto and pine nuts!
Great food, venue is a bit weird if you sit at the back. Took a long time to get service but it was worth the wait
Great food! Was pleasantly surprised at the amazing eggs Benny variations. The mango hot sauce was great too.
Super awesome! Very delicious and great service!
